I'm new! How does this process work?
  • Welcome to our shop! Browse our website for desired products and check out
  • Once you have checked out and received a confirmation order code, message us through either our 'contact' page, Instagram, or TikTok to let us know if you'd like to customize through messages or on TikTok live.
  • We will message back on a date to customize with you (customizations are usually day of or within 1-2 days of your purchase)
  • Follow and view our most recent "charm tour" post pinned on our TikTok page to browse charms
  • When it's time to customize, we kindly ask that you message us with charms, themes, colors, or inspiration for your design
Where can I view all of the charms?

Each month we will post a "charm tour" on TikTok with current charms. You may also join our TikTok live to see current charms

When will I receive my order?

We will work quickly to build and ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Are these waterproof?

Our products are not waterproof. We advise you to not wear your jewelry when showering, swimming, or sweating/working out. Avoid direct contact with chemicals, lotions, and perfumes. Each piece is shipped in a storage pouch, which we recommend storing your products in when not in use.

What is the return policy?

Since each order is custom made, they are all final sale and inelligible for returns or refunds
How often are you live on TikTok?

We are live multiple days a week. Live schedules will be posted on our social media accounts so be sure to follow us! Our live is available for anyone and everyone to join. Even if you are not ordering/customizing, you are able to join our live and watch other pieces get customized
